I strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of my process (prints, stickers, cards, keychains, custom commissions), there are certain conditions for returns and refunds.

Physical Products (Prints, Stickers, etc.):

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • I accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and send them to me along with your order number so I can process a return or replacement.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will only be issued for returns that are in the original, unused condition.

  • If the item is returned undamaged and as ordered, I can offer a store credit or exchange, rather than a full refund.

Commissions & Custom Work:

  • Commissions and custom artworks require a non-refundable deposit upfront (50% of the total price) to begin work.

  • Once the artwork is completed and the final approval is given, no refunds will be issued. If you wish to make changes after the artwork is completed, additional charges may apply.

Cancellations:

  • If you decide to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted for custom work or digital products.

Commission Revision Policy

I want you to be fully satisfied with your custom artwork. To ensure this, I offer a structured revision process for commissioned pieces. Below are the guidelines for revisions:

  1. Initial Sketch / Concept Approval
    Once your commission is booked, I will begin working on the initial concept or sketch. I will send this to you for approval before proceeding with the final artwork. At this stage, you may request any revisions or adjustments to the concept. You are entitled to up to 2 rounds of revisions at this stage.

  2. Post-Approval Revisions
    After you approve the initial sketch or concept, I will proceed with the final artwork. However, if you wish to make changes after this stage, additional revisions will be subject to an extra charge based on the scope of the changes.

  3. Limitations on Revisions
    Revisions that go beyond the agreed-upon scope, such as drastic changes to the overall composition, style, or subject matter, will be considered outside the scope of the initial agreement and may incur additional charges.
  4. Final Artwork Approval
    Once the final artwork is completed, I will send you the final version for approval. At this stage, no further major changes can be made, but minor adjustments, such as color correction or small details, may be requested.

  5. Refunds & Cancellations
    Please note that once the commission has entered the final stages and is approved, I will not issue refunds. If you choose to cancel the commission before the final approval, you will forfeit your deposit.

  6. Additional Changes Post-Completion
    After the commission has been completed and the final artwork has been delivered, I will offer 1 complimentary round of minor adjustments if needed. Any further requests for revisions will incur additional fees.

By proceeding with a commission, you agree to these terms and understand the revision process to ensure we both have clear expectations for the final piece.
