Payment
Payments for products, commissions, or custom artwork are accepted through the website’s secure checkout system. All prices are listed in EUR, and additional shipping charges or taxes may apply.

Shipping
I offer international shipping to most countries, with varying rates depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped using standard postal services, and shipping times may vary depending on your country. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in your country.

Delivery
I aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. However, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the order. 

Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom artwork is subject to a non-refundable deposit. The final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution digital format, and prints or physical products will be shipped once payment is received. Additional changes after the project has been completed may result in additional fees.

Intellectual Property
All artwork created by Julia's Tales is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or resell my artwork in any form without prior written consent. Commercial use of my artwork requires a commercial license agreement.

Customer Privacy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. Any personal information you provide during the purchase process is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Please refer to my privacy policy for further details on how your data is used and protected.

Liability
I am not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping, including delays, theft, or mishandling. In the case of damage during delivery, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged item, and I will assist with a replacement or refund.
