How it works

  1. Inquiry & Quote – Please fill out the commission form below with details about your request. I’ll review your request and provide a price quote and estimated timeline.
  2. Deposit & Concept Approval – Once we confirm the details, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your commission. I will then create a rough sketch for your approval.
  3. Illustration Process & Revisions – After the sketch is approved, I begin the final illustration. Two rounds of minor revisions are included. Any additional changes may incur an extra fee.
  4. Final Approval & Payment – Once the artwork is completed, I will send a final preview. Upon receiving the remaining 50% balance, I will deliver the finished piece in high-resolution digital format or as a physical print if requested.
  5. Delivery – You will receive your final artwork via digital download on Google Drive (high-resolution PNG/JPG), and if applicable, a physical print will also be shipped to you.

  • Line Art Illustration

    Starting at €100

    A simple, single-subject sketch of a character against a white background (e.g., a pet, animal, or a simple character). Perfect for those looking for a quick, charming illustration without full rendering.

  • Simple Illustration

    Starting at €150

    A simple, single-subject illustration with no/minimal background details. Perfect for small pet portraits, character sketches, or simple animal/nature scenes.

  • Detailed Illustration

    Starting at €250

    A detailed, rendered illustration featuring one or two characters, with more intricate shading elements and a lightly detailed background. This package offers a perfect balance between simplicity and storytelling.

  • Fully Detailed Illustration

    Starting at €350

    A fully detailed scene featuring one or multiple characters with a richly illustrated background and intricate details. This package is best for storytelling-style illustrations.

  • All illustrations are made to A4 size (exceptions can be made) 
  • Additional characters are typically €50 (with exceptions). Please feel free to contact me for more details!
  • Rush fees are typically an additional 50% of the commission quote.
  • All payments are made via PayPal.

Personal Use License (€0)

Allows the artwork to be used for non-commercial, personal purposes only (e.g. displaying in your home, using it as a profile picture with credit, or sharing it on social media with proper attribution). The artwork may not be used for any business, promotional, or resale purposes.

Non-exclusive Commercial Use License (€25)

Grants permission to use the artwork for commercial purposes such as packaging, marketing, or branding. Julia retains the rights to use, sell, or license the artwork to others. Ideal for small businesses, or collaborations where exclusive rights aren't required.

Exclusive Commercial Use License (€50)

Grants full commercial rights to use the artwork exclusively for your business and brand. The artwork will not be resold, reused, or licensed to anyone else. This option is suited for clients who want a unique visual identity tied solely to their brand.
