How do I order a custom illustration?

To place an order for a custom illustration, visit my Commission Page, fill out the inquiry form with details of your request, and I will get back to you with a quote and timeline.

How long does it take to complete a custom commission?

The time to complete a custom commission varies depending on the complexity of the request and my current workload. Typically, it takes anywhere from 2–4 weeks to complete. I will provide a more specific timeframe once we finalize your project details.

Can I request changes to a custom illustration?

Yes, I offer revisions during the process! After the initial concept or sketch is approved, you're entitled to 2 rounds of revisions. Once the final artwork is approved, minor adjustments can be made, but major changes may incur an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I request a custom product or print from your existing designs?

Absolutely! If you see a design you love and would like it in a different format, such as a print or on another product, feel free to reach out. I will do my best to accommodate your request!

What if I’m not happy with my order?

I always strive to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. How do I take care of my prints and products?

To keep your prints and products in top condition, please avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Framed prints should be displayed in a climate-controlled room. For stickers and keychains, please avoid rough handling to keep them looking their best!

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

 Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?

All of my artwork is protected by copyright. If you wish to use my art for commercial purposes, such as on products, websites, or promotional materials, please reach out to discuss licensing options.

Do you offer refunds?

I offer refunds for physical products only if they are damaged during shipping. Custom orders are non-refundable once the work has begun, but I will work with you on revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final piece. Read my full refund policy here.
